Children can immediately play as a guest. The site creates a random Firebase anonymous identifier and stores game progress, play records, goal progress, and personal points. A child is not asked for a name, email address, account, photo, birthday, or location.
What you can choose to do
You may sign in with your own Google account to create a family and up to 10 private kid profiles. Each profile uses a private nickname you choose. Please use a short family nickname, not a full legal name. You can connect the current browser directly or create a single-use pairing code and QR link for another device.
Guest transfer
Before a guest browser is connected to a kid profile, the site shows you a merge preview. If you approve, unique point-ledger entries transfer once, the newest progress and goal state are kept, and the old guest is closed for audit so it cannot be merged again.
Rankings are optional
A kid is private by default. If you explicitly opt in, public rankings show only a server-generated Alaska alias and an eligible score or ranked-point total. You can opt out later. Rankings are recreational: there are no prizes, prize eligibility, or purchases tied to them.
Limited product measurement
The pilot records first-party daily aggregate counts for fixed events such as app opens, game starts and completions, pairing, installation, offline downloads, and goal progress so we can understand reliability and overall return use. These analytics contain no raw IP address, Firebase UID, private or public alias, score, or free text. A content-free hashed receipt expires within two days and exists only to keep a retry from being counted twice. There is no third-party analytics or ad tracking.
Your controls
The Grown-ups area lets you add or delete kid profiles, review and revoke devices, change ranking visibility, reroll a safe alias when eligible, export your family's data, and request deletion. Parent Google sign-in is kept in a separate, temporary browser session so locking the parent tools does not sign out the gameplay device.
