These terms govern the TundraBloom Games public pilot. A parent or legal guardian must manage family features and Google sign-in. By using the service, the responsible adult agrees to these terms for their family.
A learning-game pilot
The service may change, pause, reset test features, or experience interruptions. We work to preserve accepted points and progress but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided for recreational and educational use and is not a substitute for school instruction or professional advice.
Points and rankings
Personal and ranked points are virtual counters with no cash value. Public boards are for fun only. Version 1 awards zero prize-eligible points and offers no cash, prize, sweepstakes, wagering, or retroactive prize rights. We may reject duplicates, altered results, unsupported builds, excessive play, or activity that fails integrity checks.
Fair and safe use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, App Check, rate limits, scoring rules, moderation, or device controls; submit another person's information; interfere with the service; automate play; exploit a bug; or use generated aliases to impersonate someone. We may quarantine suspicious results or restrict access while reviewing safety or integrity issues.
Parent responsibilities
Use only your own parent Google account. Choose private nicknames that do not reveal a child's full name or sensitive information. Keep pairing codes private, revoke devices you no longer control, and supervise use appropriate to your child.
Content and licenses
TundraBloom branding, original art, and original code are protected by applicable law. Third-party components remain under their own licenses, listed in Credits and the third-party notices. You may use the public site for personal, noncommercial play; these terms do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. If a problem occurs, stop using the service and contact us so we can investigate.

We may update these terms, with the updated date posted above. Material changes will receive any notice required by law. Use the verified contact on our Support page.
